Highly Integrated 110-170MHz Current Controlled Oscillator Coaxial Resonator Oscillator


The YSGM 111704D is a highly integrated, standard package broadband voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) product. The improved Colpitts oscillation circuit structure is adopted and a buffer buffer is integrated, which has the advantages of stable oscillation, good isolation and high output power. Compatible with working voltages in the range of 3~6V, meeting the needs of different systems; the tuning voltage range is 0-5V, with high tuning sensitivity. Optimize in-band flatness and high-order harmonic suppression, and the output terminal is directly connected to the 50Ω RF line.
